INTERNALISASI BUDAYA JAWA DALAM TAHAPAN PENGANGGARAN
Abstract
Abstrak – Internalisasi Budaya Jawa dalam Tahapan Penganggaran
Tujuan Utama - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menginternalisasi makna tuturan luhur Jawa pada tahapan penganggaran.
Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan internalisasi budaya Jawa. Informan penelitian adalah pemilik restoran sekaligus pemerhati budaya Jawa.
Temuan Utama - Penelitian ini menemukan bentuk internalisasi makna pada tahap penganggaran, yang harus mengarahkan penggunanya ke kamulyan urip. Pencapaian harus memerhatikan kehati-hatian, penghindaran kerusakan, semangat memberi dan menolong. Penganggaran harus menyadarkan bahwa ada dukungan sepenuhnya dari Tuhan dan pencapaian sebaiknya mengikuti Kehendak-Nya.
Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan – Keyakinan mendasar dalam implementasi dalam proses penganggaran adalah kesadaran bahwa apa yang dicapai manusia adalah dengan kuasa Tuhan. Penganggaran sebagai alat atau sistem harus dapat mengarahkan penggunanya untuk hidup beriman.
Kebaruan Penelitian - Internalisasi budaya Jawa dalam penganggaran merupakan hal baru dalam penelitian ini.
Abstract – The Internalization of Javanese Culture in the Budgeting Stage
Main Purpose - This study aims to identify and internalize the meaning of the noble Javanese utterance to the budgeting stage.
Method – This study uses interviews and internalization of Javanese culture. The research informant is a restaurant owner as well as a observer of Javanese culture.
Main Findings - This study found a form of internalization of meaning in the budgeting stage, which must lead its users to "kamulyan urip." The achievements must pay attention to prudence, avoidance of damage, and the spirit of giving. Budgeting must be made aware that there is full support from God.
Theory and Practical Implications – The fundamental belief in implementation in the budgeting process is the awareness that what humans achieve is with the power of God. Budgeting as a tool or system should be able to lead its users to live a faithful life.
Novelty - The internalization of Javanese culture in development budgeting is a novelty in this study.
